Any piece that arrives broken is replaced or credited, no negotiation needed.
Every piece is mouth-blown and finished by hand in Cairo — small variations in colour, thickness and form are the signature of genuine handmade glass. When you're ready, the wholesale minimum is just 30 pieces in total — mix models and colours freely — with −12% from 100 pieces and −20% from 500, and production runs 15–25 days.
