We ship worldwide from Cairo, Egypt. Three shipping tiers cover everything from a single sample box to a full container.
1. Samples — DHL Express
- Door-to-door in 3–5 business days worldwide
- The $169 sample box includes DHL Express; single samples use the zone rates shown at checkout
- $50 of sample-box shipping is credited to your first wholesale order of 30+ pieces
2. Small wholesale (up to ~100 kg) — Air freight
- Airport-to-airport or door-to-door, 5–10 business days
- DHL rates by weight at checkout up to 30 kg; above 30 kg we send a freight quote within 24 hours
3. Bulk orders — Sea freight (LCL / FCL)
- Pallets and containers from Alexandria port, quoted per order through our freight partners
- Transit typically 2–5 weeks depending on destination
- We handle export documentation; you or your forwarder handle import clearance

Lead times
In-stock samples ship within 2 business days. Made-to-order production runs take 15–25 days before shipment, confirmed on your order. Christmas orders: book production slots by early autumn for pre-season delivery.
Packaging
Individual wrapping, honeycomb dividers, reinforced double-wall export cartons, fragile labelling. Any transit breakage is replaced or credited on your next order.
