What is the minimum order?

Samples have no minimum. The wholesale minimum is 30 pieces in total — mix models and colours freely at no extra charge. Tier discounts apply from 100 and 500 pieces.

What happens if pieces break in transit?

Every shipment is packed in reinforced export cartons with dividers. Any transit breakage is replaced or credited on your next order — photograph the damaged pieces and send them to us within 7 days of delivery.

Which Incoterms do you offer?

EXW Cairo and FOB Alexandria as standard. For DHL sample and small wholesale shipments, we ship DAP to your door. See our Shipping & Incoterms page for details.

How do I pay?

Card or PayPal for samples and orders under $2,000; bank wire (30% deposit, 70% before shipment) for bulk orders. Full details on our Payment Methods page.
