What We Can Customise

• Colours — match your brand palette or a Pantone reference; the glass is coloured in the melt, not coated.
• Gold & metallic work — hand-applied gilding, engraved gold bands, filigree detail in gold or silver tone.
• Engraving & painting — your logo, monogram or motif, engraved by hand or enamel-painted.
• Shapes & sizes — adapt any model in our catalogue (neck size, stopper style, capacity), or bring us a new silhouette and we will confirm feasibility and minimums.
• Private-label packaging — your box, your insert, your brand card; retail-ready or export-carton packing.

How It Works

1. Send your brief — reference photos, a sketch, or a vector logo file, plus target quantity and destination country.
2. Proposal within 48 hours — digital proof, unit price per tier, and the pre-production sample cost (quoted with your proposal and credited to your bulk order).
3. Pre-production sample — we make your piece and send photos and video; sample can also ship to you by DHL in 3–5 days.
4. You approve — we produce — bulk runs take 15–25 days; 30% deposit starts production, balance before shipment after you approve pre-shipment photos of your actual order.
5. Export & delivery — reinforced export cartons, fragile-certified packing, EXW Cairo / FOB Alexandria / DAP. Transit breakage replaced or credited.

Minimums & Lead Times

• Custom colours, gold work, engraving or private-label packaging: from 100 pieces per design, mixed colours within a design at no extra charge.
• Standard catalogue models (no customisation): 30 pieces in total, mixed across models.
• Fully new shapes: minimums depend on complexity — tell us your target and we will confirm before you commit.
• Production: 15–25 days from sample approval and deposit. Seasonal programmes (e.g. Christmas): book production slots early — summer orders ship by sea for autumn delivery.
