Before you place a first order

We buy from you on Alibaba — is this the same company?

Yes. grandbazaareg.com is the direct wholesale site of Grand Bazaar Egypt For Export, the same Cairo workshop behind our Alibaba store.

Can I mix colors and models within the 30-piece minimum?

Yes. The 30-piece minimum is a total, not per model — the same as our Alibaba store. Mix colors, sizes and models freely across categories at no extra charge. From 100 pieces the carton tier (−12%) applies automatically, and from 500 pieces the volume tier (−20%). Custom designs start at 100 pieces per design.

Can you make our own design or add our logo?

Yes. We produce to your drawings, colors and gold work, and add engraving or branded packaging from 100 pieces per design. Send a sketch or a reference photo and we will quote it.

What if pieces arrive broken?

Every piece is individually wrapped and packed in reinforced export cartons. Anything that breaks in transit is replaced on your next order or credited — on a first order you can also choose a refund for the broken pieces. Just send photos within 7 days.

How do we pay, and is it safe?

Card or PayPal for orders under $2,000, or a 30% bank wire deposit with the balance before shipping. You always receive a pro-forma invoice with our registered company details first.
